Most of that time has been spent in house with large and medium sized companies. He has assisted numerous companies entering the UK and European markets - particularly from North America - with a focus on ensuring his clients get the best start in their chosen arena. Tom’s practice, F&L Legal LLP, has been providing legal advice and expertise to UK domestic and international clients for five years. F&L Legal have an active presence in the US to be on hand to advise start-ups (primarily in the technology sector) and US-headquartered companies expanding globally.
